At Free to Be I aim help people to reconnect with themselves, find the joy within them and learn that choosing you is not selfish. It's essential.

I work in a trauma informed way which simply means my practises are slower, tailored to the individuals own pace and provide options and modifications if something doesn't feel right. This tends to be an more  inclusive and sensitive way to work regardless if people have experienced trauma or not. Helping a person to feel safe and reminding them they are in choice and in control is an essential part of the way I work. 

Through mindfulness and/ or Munay Ki, I try to help people develop life skills that they can use daily to feel more connected to themselves, notice and regulate their emotions, start to develop self-compassion and a mindful awareness of everything within and around them. This can lead to a calmer approach to life, an attitude of gratitude for even the smallest of things and a move away from being judgemental to curious. After working with me clients say they experiences better sleep, less anxiety,  feel connected to their body is a more positive way, are kinder to themselves and can managed unhelpful though patterns better.
